- Acquisition of new business partners - presentation of the company's products and services
- Identification of new sales opportunities and ideas
- Maintaining and developing relationships with the company's key customers - e.g. Dr.Max.cz, Lekarna.cz, Rohlik.cz, Košík.cz
- Planning and managing business activities and strategies
- Responsibility for sales results and their continuous analysis and evaluation
- Responsibility for KPI indicators
- Market and competition analysis, monitoring new trends
- Internal collaboration across the company - sales vs. marketing and production departments
- Higher education in economics - understanding of economic context and numbers is really important for us
- Work experience in the B2B segment for at least 2 years - experience in the FMCG sector is a distinct advantage for us
- English language at B2 level
- Good PC skills
- Analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Independence in decision making
- Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic and Slovakia
- Full-time work on the basis of an employment contract
