I agree to the collection, storage and processing of personal data contained in this form of the website www.topnatur.cz for the purpose set out below. I give this consent for all data contained in this form on the basis of the principles of personal data processing. For the period from 25 May 2018, TOPNATUR s.r.o. a new consent for business purposes that is effective after that date. The company TOPNATUR s.r.o (hereinafter referred to as the “e-shop”), with its registered office at K Teplinám 679, Slušovice 763 15, IČ: 25312871, (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") processes the personal data provided by you.

The e-shop processes your personal data only for one of the legal reasons for processing, either:

due to the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of the contract or for the conclusion of such a contract,

on the basis of a legitimate interest, ie for the purpose of providing relevant content that will be of interest to you, when we process this data automatically and with the help of cookies, or

informed consent to processing.

The e-shop processes your personal data primarily for the purpose of purchasing goods and services, customer care and marketing activities.

The e-shop will process personal data necessary for the performance of the contract or for concluding such a contract for the duration of the contractual relationship. In the case of personal data for which informed consent has been granted, the e-shop will process this for a period of 7 years.

You give your express consent to the above processing. The consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email to the email address info@topnatur.cz or a letter to the contact details of the e-shop according to point 1.

The e-shop is entitled to process personal data manually and automatically also through designated processors. The current list of processors will be provided by the e-shop on request. Personal data will be made available only to authorized employees of the e-shop and the processor, and only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing.

The purpose of personal data processing - sending an e-book

Right of access to personal data

According to the regulation, the data subject will have from 25 May 2018 in the event that for TOPNATUR s.r.o. identifiable natural person and proves TOPNATUR s.r.o. their identity, the following rights. Pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR, the data subject will have the right to access personal data, which includes the right to obtain from TOPNATUR s.r.o .: confirmation whether it processes personal data, information on processing purposes, categories of personal data concerned, recipients to whom the personal data were or the existence of the right to request the controller to correct or delete personal data concerning the data subject or to limit their processing or to object to such processing, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, of all available information on the source of personal data, are not obtained from the data subject, the fact that there is an automated decision, including profiling, on appropriate safeguards for the transfer of data outside the EU, provided that the rights and freedoms of others and the copy of personal data are not adversely affected.
