CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ENTITY

1. Personal data to be processed:

• Postal address,

• billing address,

• email address,

• telephone contact,

• IP address,

• Cookies.

2. The purpose of the processing of personal data is:

Order processing for sales and sending business offers Administrator.

The processing time of personal data is:

For the duration of the contract and subsequently for another year from its termination.

3. Personal data may be provided to the following third parties:

Personal data will not be provided to third parties.

The data subject declares that he has been duly instructed by the Administrator on the processing and protection of personal data *, that the above personal data are accurate and true and are provided to the Administrator voluntarily.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter "the Regulation"), the controller hereby informs that:

• the personal data of the Data Subject will be processed on the basis of his / her free consent, under the above conditions,

• the reason for providing personal data to the Data Subject is the interest of the Data Subject in sending business offers to the Administrator, which would not be possible without the provision of such data,

• there will be no automated decision-making or profiling during the processing of the Data Subject's personal data / there may be an automated decision to reject the job application if the Data Subject is registered with the Administrator as an unsuccessful candidate,

• The controller did not appoint a data protection officer, did not entrust the processing of personal data to any processor or appointed a representative for the performance of duties within the meaning of the Regulation,

• The Administrator does not intend to transfer the personal data of the Data Subject to a third country, international organization or other than the above-mentioned third parties,

• The data subject has the right to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data at any time, the right to request access to his personal data, their correction or deletion or processing restrictions, and to object to the processing, has the right to transfer such data to another controller, as well and the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if it considers that the Administrator is acting in violation of the Regulation when processing personal data.
