It contains unique probiotic strains - Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacterium breve, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus bulgaricus.

For optimal effectiveness, we recommend using for at least 2-3 months.
