The oatmeal bath does not contain any preservatives or additives and is therefore also suitable for babies.

For the oatmeal bath for children, a skin compatibility study of a cosmetic product intended for children with dry skin and symptoms of atopy was performed. The results of the study confirm the very good compatibility of the oatmeal bath with the skin of children. Oatmeal bath for children significantly improves the condition of dry and atopic skin in children.

From January 1, 2008, oat baths are included in the children's hospitals of Lázně Luhačovice as a new procedure. Eczema improved significantly in 497 children.

Avena sativa

approx. 50 g of powder (3 heaped tablespoons) per bath (up to 100 liters of water).

Stir in a small amount of warm water and slowly pour into the stream of water flowing into the tub. Bathe in this water for about 20 minutes. After bathing, dry without rinsing.
