As a result, when mixed with water, it swells strongly, forming a soft gel that continues to absorb in the digestive tract. This increases the volume of stool and promotes gentle movement of the intestinal contents.

Mix 10 g of Psyllium (2 teaspoons) in 100 ml of water and drink another 250-300 ml of water. To enhance the effectiveness, we use twice a day 30 minutes before or after meals. Psyllium can be added to suitable foods (eg milkshakes or yoghurts). However, it is important to always drink another glass of water or other liquid.

The recommended daily dose of fiber is 25-30 g per day. Its deficiency can cause digestive complications, especially constipation.
