Mix 10 g of Psyllium (2 teaspoons) in 100 ml of water and drink another 250-300 ml of water. To enhance the effectiveness, we use twice a day for 30 minutes before or after meals. Psyllium can be added to suitable foods (eg milkshakes or yoghurts). However, it is important to always drink another glass of water or another liquid.
