Prebio porridge is unique in its composition. They contain a high proportion of fiber, exclusively gluten-free raw materials, thanks to which they are easily digestible.
The original recipe is based on instant whole grain oatmeal with betaglucan content, which lowers blood cholesterol. Prebio porridges are suitable for consumers with a gluten-free diet, lactose allergies and vegans.

Gluten-free instant oatmeal (37%), coconut fat, dried glucose syrup, grated coconut (7%), FOS (soluble fiber), native corn starch, gluten-free oatmeal, bitter chocolate (4%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla aroma), emulsifier: E472e (vegetable origin), stabilizer: E340, anti-caking agent: E551, aroma.
Pour 70 ml of hot water or milk into the bag and mix well. After 3 - 5 min. the porridge is ready to eat.
