A gluten-free mixture for preparing LOW CARB seed bread, which even a beginner can prepare. The bread contains a balanced mixture of flax flour, psyllium, potato fiber, oatmeal and a mixture of seeds (sesame, sunflower, hemp, flax, chia seeds)

A mixture of seeds in different proportions 34% (sesame, sunflower, hemp, flax, chia seeds), gluten-free oatmeal, gluten-free oat flour, potato fiber, flax flour, millet, psyllium, leavening agents: tartaric acid (potassium hydrogen tartrate), baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), salt, cumin.
First, preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix the contents of the bag with 450 ml of cold water and let it stand for 5 minutes. Then shape the bread or buns. The mixture will be easier to shape if you wet your hands with water. Place the bread or rolls on a tray covered with baking paper and bake for 80 minutes (bread) or 40 minutes (rolls) at 200°C. After baking, remove the mixture from the oven and let it cool. To preserve freshness, we recommend keeping the bread in the cold.
